32F No existing problems - top of foot has hurt since whacked on Tokyo bathtub on honeymoon 1 month ago (details)

Hi I'm 32F, was on honeymoon 4/29-5/15, no nicotine, no meds, drink sometimes. Around 5/3 I was in Tokyo and took a bath and the baths there are higher and I massively whacked the top of my right foot against the top ledge of the bathtub when getting in. After I did that, I had a hard time walking, I had previously bought some Hokas which helped until then but after I whacked my foot they hurt super bad. I would try to force myself to go out for a few hours but after maybe 2-3 I would be in a lot of pain even with ibuprofen. I feel like, over a month later, 6/5, that same foot still hurts when I flex it down. But I can walk on the gym treadmill (walk) for 30 mins. My husband thinks I should see a doctor. Is my foot busted?
