ugh medicine issues

i take zyprexa and zoloft every night for my bipolar depression and sleep but i’ve been out of it the last three days cus my pharmacy ran out. i switched pharmacies now i still gotta wait and just take my zoloft but im scared ill v* from withdrawal. there’s nothing i can do about it till i get my meds back. idk what to do. i’m so scared. i had an ok day i ate and stuff couldn’t eat alot but i ate a little bit and had some urgent bm but i also have ibs. idk im scared and so upset
