Help me recover my tiktok account pls

Hi! My Gmail account is no longer working because it was deleted by my school. Unfortunately, it was connected to my TikTok account, which I use for my design-related videos. I really want to recover that TikTok account because it's been gaining views, and I've invested a lot of time and effort into building it.

The account isn't linked to my phone number either, and I can't remember the password. Is there any legitimate way to recover the account or regain access to it? I'd appreciate any advice. Thank you!
