How to fix abnormal body type

No matter how much weight I lose there's always something off about my body.
My whole sternum is visible so is my ribcage and collarbones, but at the same time my upper arms are fat and so are my thighs. My upper thighs are the worst they have stayed the same since I started losing weight, maybe it is because I go walking everyday and maybe there is just lots of muscle? But I know other people who walk as much as I do and have the skinny kind of legs that I want.
My torso is short and my body is very boxy. Even when I workout I can't achieve a nice looking figure, my body just looks awkward and disproportionate.

My highest weight was 128 pounds, my lowest was 106, and my current is 113. Even at my lowest I was having this problem, my arms were kind of smaller than they were at my highest but still ugly fat coming off, (I don't have loose skin btw).
I have tried different workouts and it gives me barely noticeable results. I eat healthy, and I've been in a calorie deficit consistently for 3 years now.
I really only notice weight loss on my torso and hands for some reason, my boobs and ass shrink but never my thighs. 😐
My upper thighs have so much fat, but my legs look smaller as you look down. When I wear shorts that cover my upper thighs you would think I have skinny legs because I also have a thigh gap which makes no sense. Even the fat parts of my thighs don't touch when I walk, they do when I sit down or lay on my side though.

Another thing I don't know if this is even relevant since it doesn't really have anything to do with the distribution of my weight, but maybe I can get some tips for this too. I have a really unfortunate and ugly bone structure that makes me look bigger than I should at my weight.
My shoulders are broad which for a male would be a good thing, but I hate it for me since it makes me look masculine and large. They make my arms look weird against my body, like they make me look just awkward and large. They also look weird from the back, I don't know what it's called really, they're rounded and just make my back look large. I have to make sure my posture is perfect otherwise they make me look fat from the side.
I have a wide rib cage which makes me look fat as well. Even though I can see the whole thing it makes me look wide big. I think I have flared ribs I really don't know for sure, but my sister told me that she does so I'm sure I do as well.
I can see my hip bones, but they don't look like other people's. Other peoples hip bones look sharp, through clothing you can clearly tell it's their hip bone poking through, but mine don't look sharp they look soft. Without clothes I can tell it's my hipbone. They aren't covered by fat or anything they're completely visible, they just look rounder, like my shoulders. I mainly notice it underneath a shirt. It looks like my stomach is bulging out instead of my bones and even when my stomach is flat and I'm not bloated at all it makes me insecure because of how fat it makes me look.

I've considered all of this may just be unfortunate genetics, but my dad was naturally skinny and my mom has a perfect hourglass figure, so what am I doing wrong and how do I fix it?
Please don't recommend me surgeries or something because I am unemployed and I want to fix it myself. Tips please? thank you! ☺️
