I have my doubts about start watching Oshi no ko

Even if I am 18 now and already have watched a lot of similar anime containing some bad scenes as we tell in the least big deal way, I couldn't prepare to watch Oshi no ko still. Since a few months ago I was gonna watch it but I already know it has some big deal bad scenes. I just need to know your opinion guys would it be a traumatic experience or I will be just fine (⁠｡⁠ŏ⁠﹏⁠ŏ⁠) Overlord has already overkilled me btw.
