Early wake up

Hey, hello everyone! First time poster here. I recently got diagnoses with Graves and lucky it was caught early so didn't have bad tremors, racing heart etc but my T3 & 4 levels were significantly elevated. I am on Carbizamole and my hormone levels have come back to normal range after about 6 weeks on the meds 40mg a day. However, my sleep has been horrendous the last two weeks, keep waking up at 4/5am and unable to get back to sleep. Did anyone else have this experience? Is it a transitory thing as your body readjusts to the new hormone balance or could the dosage/timing of the meds be a factor? (i am asking here as sadly my Endo is currently away 😞 )
