Interested in party & host position

Hey so I have been a PT Team member since September 2025, and I have always been interested in the party and host position, I recently saw a posting for the store 9posted 3 days ago) I work at and I applied, I am just wondering how it works, how can I show interest to the sm that I want to work as a party & host position? I want to mention to my sm that I am interested in that position
