how can i bounce back quickly from being sick? (currently 20, 5'4 and around 90 smth lbs)

idk what the description have to do with anything but like im currently at like.. stage/day 1 of a cold or fever that my sibling gave me. i test monday and im currently trying to bounce back as quickly as possible
