Good Deal/Idea for 2nd bike?

I had a ninja 400 as my first bike for a bit, but unfortunately someone decided to take a left while I was going through an intersection and my bike was totaled. I am all healed up and looking for a new bike, and wondering if this would be a good bike?

It seems like a pretty good deal, and it looks pretty clean but I wanted to ask a second opinion just in case.
