2013 Forester driver's seat plastic trim fix
Hi all, I'm trying to fix the corner of the driver's seat where the plastic trim has been caught by something and popped out of the metal channel, I want to take the trim off completely to re-seat the corner. I've taken out the two retaining screws for the trim - one at the lower RH side of the back of the seat under the cloth trim, and the other behind the squab adjustment handle. What I don't know how to do is undo the adjustment handle and the other seat handle on the outside of the trim - this isn't an electronic adjust seat BTW. Not my vehicle so I don't want to bust anything!
