Owners of more than one Cavalier: does one keep tabs on the attention the other gets?

Two Cavaliers.

The male keeps an eye on all the attention and affection the female gets. If the female comes over for cuddles, belly rubs, ear rubs, etc, the male has to get in on it.

However, the opposite if not true. If the male comes over for attention and affection, the female just follows him across the room with her eyes then goes about whatever she was doing.
