blocking tinnitus

ever since i was little, i always had tinnitus (constant ringing in ears) and for some reason, this drug completely blocks the ringing and everything feels so quiet and relaxing. also makes me able to breathe perfectly as someone who struggles with severe allergies like FUCK why can't there be a healthy drug that does this
