Opinions on housing

I did not get a re lease for the next year so i wanted to know how hard is it to get rent in the month of September? My friends want to start rent july so that we dont have to worry about prices increasing but thats an extra 2200 + security deposit for 3 months. I want yall’s advice. thanks!!!
