Reference letter for Canadian pr

I worked for Amazon India as sps. I am wanted to apply for my pr via cec and need the hr to give a reference letter that is slightly more tailored to the noc I am aiming for. If not the generic one does not qualify.
I wanted to ask if anyone in this position applied for pr? What noc did you use?
