dhurandhar 2 theory

so I guess the reason why hamza scenes were cut from lyari gang-war sequence (like him hitting someone with metal thing) was because those scenes were replaced by Chaudhary Aslam scenes that were shot in January as a part of reshoots, perhaps it was makers think, SP was received well enough by audience so they added scenes of him including him talking with Iqbal as well, cause if we look at sp scenes from dhurandhar first look and part 1 trailer, the only scene of him from part 2 was him confronting Baloch boys and nothing else (apart from car blast one), also Sanjay Dutt was credited as special appearance in part 1, so I think his character was the character that was most expanded when makers decided to split dhurandhar in two parts.

ALSO, I think that makers did tried to establish Omar as SP's replacement for part 2 initially but when Sanjay Dutt's character got good response they added more scenes of him.

another thing, i also think that some of brigadier's scenes were also added later cause unlike other parts where c-word is changed to Khasi, the scene where Jahangir's says "Khasi saala" that part actually has Khasi which might be added later after dhurandhar 1 got censored and they realized so they just replaced chakka entirely while shooting instead of doing ADR
