Drop down selection highlights specific cells

Hey there, I have a staff roster that lists employees, as well as a checklist for what equipment they are trained to operate. Checklist is a labeled column with an 'X' in each applicable employees row. I am trying to make a drop down menu of the Equipment operator needed that will automatically highlight the employees who are able to operate that selected equipment. Ex. If 'forklift' is selected in the drop down, than employee 5,10,17 are highlighted. Because they have an 'X' in their " forklift" column. . Any help is appreciated!
