AITAH for being rude to missionaries?

Came out of dinner tonight after a few drinks and we’re walking along when stopped by a young woman and her two minders. I noticed that they had stopped a couple ahead of us. They waved them off and then they came to us saying “do you have a moment, we are part of a new mission…”. I instantly blurted out “oh god no!” and immediately walked past them. My wife is pissed at me for being rude. Honestly I feel like the young woman was probably trapped in a cult and now I do feel a bit bad but I really hate cultist and I don’t think anything could have been gained by being nicer. If anything, I cut the interaction mercifully short. AITAH?
