Ban Evasion

Hi there look I know everyone here is mostly posting about buying and selling accounts okay I get it sheet. But I have bigger issues ok so can someone help me out.

So I was gonna ask if anyone knows about when your account gets suspended then you do the appeal and verification process but it gets disabled and shut down. Then everytime you make new accounts even with different emails it automatically gets shut down every single one cause they know you from before. Every new one you make automatically gets closed it's like a IP Ban or something. Does anyone know how to bypass this or fix this issue? Thanks. Also send me a chat so we can talk more and address this. Might be harder to talk in comments
