Mod Issues with Liquid Fuels

I added many mods to KSP, some of which included expanded fuel types for engines. The problem is that I can't seem to fill tanks with the required fuel types. I see options for the stock fuels like LiquidFuel, Oxidizer, Monoprop, Xenon, and the like, as well as a few options from other mods, but there is no option for liquid oxygen or ethanol. I don't know which mods are the culprits here so I listed all of the installed mods that are potentially related to the issue:

-Alcoholic Aeronautics

-Chemical Tech Tree

-Ignition!

-Near Future Propulsion

-Chemical Core

-Chemical Propulsion

-Cryo Tanks (and core)

-Configurable Containers
