I am terrified of STDs

I am terrified, I did a bad thing. I know what I should do now but I can't stop shaking.

So I (not so old M) basically recieved oral unprotected sex yesterday (< 12h ago) from a sex worker (this job is not regulated in my country and she barely spoke italian) because I was so done with not knowing what a bj felt like.

However looking back it was not worth it and now I am so terrified of what could go wrong. I am now writing for the free telephone helpline to open so I can get some help and inatructions on what to do.

I barely got any sleep, please I need some reassurance, I know I did a mistake. has any of you been through the same?
