How come the sole survivor is the only one that doesn’t die from asphyxiation in vault 111

in my last game I want back to vault 111 to try and see if they patched the signet cryolater glitch, and I see some terminals so obviously I’m going to go through them and I see the status labeled, dead and the cause of death asphyxiatoon for everyone except either the husban/ wife holding the baby and the sole survivor. not to mention that the game doesn’t know how the husband or wife that’s carrying the baby dies, so you guys know why he’s the only one that doesn’t die?
