Does Anyone Else Feel US will never experience a Peaceful Decade like the 90s (1991 - 2001)?

(1991 - 2001) Cold War Ended, Soviet Union Fell and America was the only Superpower of the World. It was a Peaceful and Optimistic Decade. No Wars, No Conflicts, No US Rivals but Peace.

Ik about Gulf War but it wasn't Vietnam or Afghanistan or Iraq, in 1999 Vietnam War was 26 Years Ago. But in the Present World with Afghanistan, Iraq and now Iran.

It seems the United States will always be at war. Now US being 26 Years with no Major Wars is impossible.

Now US isn't the Dominant Superpower (China, Russia)

It seems like the Decade of Optimism and Prosperity of (1991 - 2001) will never happen again.
