PSA for anyone who had cancelled amazon orders for CODEX bundles and were told to reorder
I hope you saved screenshots and be prepared to fight. They tried to slime me out of the refund for the lower price of my original order and I had to fight hard, escalate it twice, and hold a supervisors hand to show them exactly where the representative told me they would refund the difference. In fact, you might be out of luck if you did not do what I did, screenshot and have the representative email me what they were going to do for me and had them literally spell it out before I even ever place the 2nd order.
In the end, they wouldn't even refund completely and just provided me a gift card for the amount.
