Basic Productivity Hermes Local AI setup

Hello expert. I'm new to Hermes. I haven't actually set one up for myself yet, but I'm planning to with all the buzz out there.

I'm thinking of doing a basic local setup. I have a computer, and the task that I want to run on this Hermes is basic.

Basically, I want to monitor three emails. and consolidate the calendars into one, and give me a daily briefing.

- checking my emails, and help prioritize, flag important emails, and what needs to be archived already

- I also want it to create a to-do list for me based on what it identifies as important emails.

Lastly, for talking via message to Hermes, I want to be able just to send Hermes a note and for it to be smart enough to identify whether it's:
- work-related
- personal
- business-related
- a to-do list
- just knowledge base
- or if I'm asking to do some research

I'm hoping to find a local AI that can do this basic productivity work. Thank you, expert. Please let me know what works for you, which model and what setup you have, and maybe if there's anything else you could share about the best use for Hermes especially for someone who is just about to start.
