Natural Cycles Referral Code

For anyone who is starting there natural cycles journey!!! & boy do I recommend. I was on the pill from the age of 14, honestly I tried a few and all of them changed me in such a different way, my mood, my weight, everything. About 3 years ago I came across natural cycles and I had just got into a new relationship (risky I know!!!) but it’s been 3 years and I haven’t looked back. 3 years and I know my cycle in and out, I know exactly what time of the month I’m on, I learnt so much about my cycle and the different ways you are meant to feel at each stage which has just made life (especially with my partner) so much easier!!! I did use the temperature stick before, but in November last year I brought the NC Band (I’m sure you get it free now when you join annoyingly lol) which means I just put this purple band on before I go sleep and it measures my temperature so when I wake up it has it first thing (which for me has made measuring daily so much easier as sometimes I’d forget the temp stick). This means my cycles are even more accurate and detailed. Would deffo recommend if you want to know more about your body & track your cycle in a healthier way.
