26 no work experience, how can i start a career as an executive assistant?

Hello po, I am a delayed graduate (next year pa po since may 1 last sem pa ko pero bale puros deadlines na lang and no actual class) kasi nagpalit ako ng program. I have no work experience po and di rin nagtagal sa mga orgs ko but I did take on responsibilities sa kanila.

I was wondering po kung sa tingin ninyo posible na maging assitant? Ang goal ko talaga is executive assistant since I like having know-how and exposure in many different concerns/fields, and di talaga ako expert sa iisang bagay but I think what I can offer is thinking outside the box and also having a more broad perspective on things. Pero sa mga job posts nakikita ko po, ang EA dapat may years of experience na, so I want to work towards it, but I haven't seen much advice ng best way po to become an EA or ano pong career path dapat ko sundan to works towards being an EA eventually. Pag assistant po kasi now, puros VA ang nakikita ko but I've seen some people say that being a VA has hindered them from shifting fields or expertise.

What kinds of jobs po ang dapat ko hanapin to build up my career portfolio as an EA? And ano po yung jobs na tatanggap ng late fresh grad with no experience? :(

Feeling really anxious po sa futur ko, and I know fault ko rin na hindi ako naghanap trabaho while studying pero nahirapan po ako pagsabayin since ako rin taga-alaga sa pamilya. Please dont be harsh but be honest :')
