Reminiscing About 2011 Game 6
I’m a lifelong Cardinals fan who lives in North Carolina. Tonight’s wild OT win by the Carolina Hurricanes in Game 2 of the Stanley Cup Finals had me reminiscing about the greatest sports moments of my life, with Game 6 of the 2011 World Series being #1. The atmosphere here in Raleigh was absolutely electric! It’s got me longing for the next opportunity to relive the experience of watching the Cards compete for another title…which I do believe will happen soon. I love the direction the organization is headed and the excitement building around our young core.
Anyways, here’s my favorite video of that night showing a compilation of reactions from fans both inside and outside the park. Hope y’all enjoy. Go Cardinals and Go Canes!
