Placental insufficiency in pregnancy

Inquiring for my sis . She is 24 weeks pregnant and dopplers are abnormal , baby measuring only 400gms . Increased resistance in blood flow . Has anyone gone through this ? How many weeks further did you go before delivery or otherwise ? Note that she is already taking aspirin since week 19
