Would you put 5usd at risk to force yourself to finish a project?
I'm exploring an idea and wanted honest feedback.
A lot of developers start projects but never finish them.
What if there was a platform where you commit to a project goal and put $5-$10 at stake.
Example:
- Build a Todo App by Sunday
- Finish a portfolio website
- Complete a Java course module
If you complete it and submit proof, you get your money back.
If you fail, the money is donated to charity.
The goal isn't gambling or making money.
The goal is accountability.
Would you use something like this?
Why or why not?
I'd love brutally honest feedback.
