I didn't take a bath yesterday and I managed to go to work

Well technically I didn't take a bath but I did take a cat bath as my mom would call it. Why didn't I take a bath yesterday well I woke up late and it threw my entire schedule off. I'm also wearing a medical device that monitors my heart and I can't get it wet. The combination of those two things forced me not to take a bath. Today I took off the heart monitor now I'm back to showering like a norm human lol.
