[KCD2] HC Mode and side quest

I'm near finish the main quest in normal mode. I plain to make a second try in HC mode. Will you consider to make all the side quest in this game or can I let what I don't have complete for HC Mode ?

If in HC mode there is no data on the map, how can you found the people that can give you side quest ?
