Realistically, what's a good budget for a semi-furnished 2BHK in a gated society?

I plan to move to Blr in July, and don't want to pay a crazy amount for rent. My office is in Outer Ring road area but I only need to go 1-2 times a week. What areas or societies should I target? Any recommendation is most welcome!
