On time to switch antibiotics?

I was prescribed Cipro 3 days ago for a UTI. I looked it up in the moment but nothing relevant showed up in my language so it seemed innocuous. I only stumbled upon all the effects after looking it up in English now.

I still have 4 more days to complete the treatment, is it possible/advisable to switch to another antibiotic at this point?

Also, is it possible that Cipro effects vary between countries or is it just less reported/studied in less developed countries?
