28M Looking for a long-term best friend or two

Life has been a struggle for me since I have been dealing with a lot of loneliness and depression. I currently have no friends here where I live or online so I would love to find a person or two to become best friends with long-term hopefully.

A bit about me, I'm a 28 year old white male from Canada. My interests are gaming on my PC so maybe we can game if you play on PC or find some cross-platform games. I like to watch YouTubers like CaseOh and I like to watch True Crime too. I just started in earning my certification in Network +.

I prefer talking to people who puts effort into friendships and are ages 24 - 32.
