How can I get to move out and get a car?

I've been wanting to move out of my relatives house and I can't seem too find jobs where I can at least work 4 12s or 3 12s, chill environment, less stress and people while getting good pay to be on my own.. I want to rebuild myself but living with my family weights me down, and honestly I depend on them too much, I'm 22 and I feel like I failed at life lol.. Like I want too be happy and find Who I am without being around others who I have to walk on eggshells around.. I did some job searching and the more I apply I keep getting rejected and they all want me too have years of experience! Or I get mlm scam interviews.

I was thinking of going to a dental assistant program but they want 8k for a 2-month program? And I don't know if I'll like that job enough too be will to pay all of it, since I heard mixed reviews, I don't know for sure if I want to proceed but I can't wait forever. But what are you guys experience on moving out? Or finding something that you're comfortable with. Is it even possible.
