Silence from the Sidemen

If he'd told them a while ago why are they still mad about it. Surely they've processed it by now if it was months ago. Maybe they kept ignoring him wanting out and thought he wouldn't do anything and when they didn't take him seriously he finally broke it to the internet. I'm not defending him and it's pissing how this ended but from his POV maybe they left him no choice. Sidemen could've handled it better too. They've had enough time to process/accept the departure and plan a good farewell. Did they think they were gonna fall apart if the big guy was out? They would've been fine if they let him go and invited him as guest every now and then. Also, is the silence even sincere?...Tobi had a heartfelt hug with JJ at baller league. How can you do that one day and ignore him the next, if he was angry he would've ignored him then too. Also, would Harry put this little tribute up on Twitter if he was angry? This makes no sense. Why the drama? Why the collaborated silence? They shouldn't be let off the hook this easily either. Could've handled it easily with much less drama. KSI: "Guys I want out"...Sidemen: (after the emotions unwind)"ok let's plan a farewell for Sunday". Don't think he's in many Sunday's anyway but maybe dub the remaining once he's in as guest if they were afraid it'd go to waste idk or just use it normally since he left on good terms, we wouldn't mind...But no, let's ignore him and paint him the villain and gain sympathy to not lose subscribers/viewers? Is this what the silence is about? Or was their plan for no one to leave the Sidemen at all and slowly fade out together (I remember Josh saying "no one's leaving, you don't just leave the Sidemen, that's not how it works"). The silence is screaming but I don't get what it's saying
