Anyone Self Pay For Rotator Cuff Or Labral Tear Surgery?

I want to know how much this cost assuming you did not have health insurance. I know most people have health insurance but want to know from those that didn't.

How much were the total costs and that included how many orthopedic doctor visits and how many x-ray and MRI"s?

How much did physical therapy cost as I read you almost always have to do this for months whether you have rotator cuff or labral tear surgery? I'm guessing the total amount for everything when self playing is going to be at least $25000 and that is probably the lower end when you factor in everything?
