Finally find a new job

11 months. 35 to 40 interviews. Finally.

I used to have 25 to 1 application to interview ratio, but in the last 3 months or so I used AI to calculate fit score, rather than reading the job description first and drop to 10 to 1.

I also used Google to search on ATS databases and apply to the positions in first 2-3 days posted.

I was able to build myself a nice pipeline and now I am canceling HM interviews, pretty sweet.

Unfortunately employers do lots of unethical things, but call it business and get away with it. Don't let this get you down.
