What should I do?

Hello, I'm 17M, and my GF 17F had a huge argument this morning. For context, she's wanted a small dog for a long time, but can't really afford to buy one, so she's been looking for a small, cheap dog .
This morning at 7 a.m., she called me to tell me that she had found a stray dog near our school that she wanted . She called me to ask if I could go pick up the dog, and she wasn't going to take no for an answer, so I went. When I got there, I asked her what she wanted me to do with the dog. She then told me she wanted me to take care of the dog for about four hours. I asked her where I would put it since I had no space in my garage because I have a new cat, and that wouldn't end well. I couldn't really have the dog in my house , so she told me to take the dog to the park.
I said okay but told her not to leave because she was still playing with the dog. I told her that she was going to be late for school, and she said it was fine. So, I waited for her to leave, but I asked how I was supposed to stay in the park for four hours. Mind you, I had gone to sleep at 3 a.m., so I was basically half asleep while this was happening . She told me it wasn' t that hard to take care of a dog for four hours, so then I asked her what I should do if the dog ended up going to the bathroom; she told me to just clean it up. While this was happening, a kid came behind her and told her that he believed the dog was his neighbor's, which they had lost last night.
She told him, " Oh, are they coming for him?" and he said, "Yeah, they are." So, we ended up waiting for the neighbors, and they came to the school and picked up the dog. She asked for the name of the dog, and they said her name was Lola, even though the dog was a boy. So, I said goodbye and told her that I loved her, and she said it back, but she slammed my door. I went back home and fell asleep instantly. I woke up by nine and texted her, " We probably could've taken the dog." After that, she began to get extremely upset, blaming me for not leaving when I had gotten there. She said my asking questions was the reason why she didn't get the dog.
I then told her that it wasn't all my fault since she didn't want to leave the dog. She told me that she didn't want to leave because she was going to skip, but I had told her she was going to be late and needed to go to school. This ended up becoming a huge argument, with us being really mad at each other to the point where I let my anger get the best of me and told her, " Fuck you and a guy that was helping her find the dog , " which I regretted immediately. She then told me, "Bet," and didn 't answer me for an hour while I texted her. She then texted me and told me to leave her alone, so I did.
She texted me at 4 p.m. asking about my day, and we had a conversation, but I could tell something was wrong, and I knew what it was. I didn't want to bring it up in the moment. After a while of us texting until about 9, I asked her if she wanted to talk about what happened that morning now that we had both calmed down. She told me , "I have no interest in talking about that." So, I said okay and let it be. We called a little later, and I noticed she was distancing herself, which is understandable. I asked her why she wasn't talking, and she told me, " You know why."
So, I asked her again if she wanted to talk about it, and she said, "What is there to talk about ?" I told her I was sorry, and I tried to explain that I didn't mean it and that I was mad, but she didn 't listen at all and told me she didn 't care. She told me it didn't matter what I said; it wasn' t going to change anything, so I asked her how she wanted to fix this then. She then told me she didn 't know but didn 't want to talk about it, so I just said okay and ended it like that.
My question is , what should I do to try to fix this ?
