planning to get a nose job in china or vietnam - advice please !!

hello everyone!

so, me and my bf plan on going to vietnam and china next summer to visit our home countries !! i am planning on getting a nose job but im sure not which country to go to or which doctors to see. my mom got a nose job in vietnam a few years back and it healed really nicely but she said to explore other options first to see if theres any better doctors/clinics.

although i am vietnamese, i am very whitewashed and can barely hold a conversation in vietnamese so i want to make sure if i go to vietnam, i want to make sure communications is all clear and no miscommunication happens :))
