HELP! Looking for the name of a Yaoi novel I read somewhere.

What I know:

1. Male lead is your typical OP guy
2. Male lead is like a patriarch/leader of a family (the elders are scared of him)
3. Male lead suffers from a poison that causes him extreme pain so he has to be hooked up to a machine to help lower the pain
4. Male lead resides in a place that only he can allow entry and exit
5. Family members or others cannon fodders are sent to where the male lead resides to work for him as a punishment
6. Protagonist seems to still be a student
7. There is a scene where the protagonist was on school grounds and was trying to go to the library but then something lured him to a hidden/forbidden location of the library (I’m not sure if this was the exact scenario) - male lead somehow was involved with this scenario
8. There is a scene where the protagonist was on the male leads territory was purposefully bumped into by a cannon fodder who started insulting the protagonist (I think it was because of his position within his family and the reason why he -the protagonist- was sent to the male lead.
9. The male lead has a separate house on the territory for the protagonist to stay at and no one else can enter it without the male lead’s approval.
10. I’m not sure if this could be an omegaverse or not
11. I believe it is set in a sci-fi world
12. Male lead wears a mask to hide himself when in public ( if I’m remembering it correctly)

I tried using ChatGPT to help find this story but everything it gave me wasn’t remotely close to the story. If anyone has any idea please let me know. It’s been bothering me for a very long time!
