Trans Dad Question

Question for trans dads whose cis female partners did insemination.

So very long story, but essentially my wife decided getting pregnant was something she really wanted. I struggled with it and eventually told her I was really uneasy and scared of the gender dysphoria it was causing me. She made the decision to go forward with it. Our relationship issues aside (we are dealing with that), has anyone else experienced intense dysphoria with their wife/partner’s pregnancy and what, if anything, ever changed it?

Like I said the issue with my wife is separate and I don’t want to muddle that with the question about the kid. I don’t want a kid or myself through this if it isn’t going to get any better.
