Neck pock cracks
this is more of a "hey, how much would this bother you???" post vs. "ermagod!!! is this guitar ruined???" post.
I picked up a Schecter Omen Extreme 6 a couple weeks back from Guitar Center online (so no chance to inspect it...especially since it's a lefty) and I got it in and noticed that it has a couple of neck pocket cracks in the finish (you know, those perfect 45 degree cracks right at the edge of the neck pocket)....
now, I got this guitar using one of GC's infamous 15% off coupons, but even though I know it's less than a 5% chance of being an actual wood crack, getting the guitar with these cracks right out of the box was chapping my ass.
My question is...being that it's right out of the box how likely would you guys be to return it vs. just live with it? I'm wondering if I'm being a bit of a prima donna letting it bother me, or whether I am justified in telling GC to take it back
