Anyone applying for devcon 8 india (mumbai)

I want to apply as a volunteer for devcon 8 , but they won't cover accommodation and travel expenses.

I was wondering if anyone is applying for devcon that way we can share and split things and it'll be less expensive.

I am 22M bangalore.
