what do you do with no tippers that are extremely demanding and rude?

normally I don’t care because I only accept decent paying offers so if there’s no tip I know i’m still getting good pay, but today I had an okay offer and they were messaging me with a bunch of “!!!???” when I would take 2 minutes to respond because I got an add on offer and items were across the store (also not marked correctly because it was a dollar general and people just put in random aisles that are incorrect). if I wasn’t so behind on rent I would have immediately canceled with the first rude double message but I needed the money. I just knew how pushy the customer was that they were going to be a no tipper and of course after I had the worst customer experience and they had their driveway blocked off with a literal chain but wanted you to hop it or go under it to bring 3 bags of groceries and a large pack of paper towels to their side door that’s chained off, I was indeed correct $0 tip. my sister is actually a proud no tipper, and still chooses to after more than half of her orders are cold/ stolen or missing the majority of what she ordered because of it. back to my main topic I ended up calling support and asking to block that customer because they were so rude, but I saw another post that said support can’t actually block anyone they just say that to get me off the phone. I do remember their name since it was something unique and I will gladly call support to cancel their order if I got them again.
