Showers suck when you have both heat and cold sensitivities

I just spent a whole shower nudging the heat and cold knobs half a millimeter at a time & kept swinging from shivering to burning upppp. How am I simultaneously sensitive to heat and cold sometimes now? Everything is stupid. I’m just going to choose to be thankful that I don’t feel this way every day.
