Paris Hostel/Hotel recommendation

I'll be staying in Paris from 6/25-6/30 and having trouble finding a decent place to stay. Budget is 100-125 per day, but I can increase that for something worth the money. The issue I'm running into is hostels tend to not have AC or offer fans and I'm not sure how humid/hot Paris gets at the end of June. So far, Jo&Joe Gentilly(Don't like the location), Oops Hostel Latin Quarter, and the 3 ducks seem okay. Ideally I'd like to be staying around the 1st - 7th arrondissements, but it's looking like that won't be happening. Any recommendations that people can vouch for?
