I'm confused about Snape’s reaction to something

We all know that he despised Harry because of James' bullying him (ridiculous). And the way he calls Harry "arrogant" to Dumbledore in the memory makes it clear it's not an act.

So I don't understand why he was so horrified at Dumbledore "raising Harry as a pig for slaughter."
