Gyms in Polanco with monthly passes?

Does anyone know of gyms in Polanco where I can get a pass for a month? Will be using it probably 20+ times so would rather not do 159 MXN day passes at Smart Fit if there's another option.

If there are good options outside Polanco I can Uber but closer is better so I can walk if possible.
