Any tips for D316 and D317 IT Foundations?

Should I focus on working through Certmaster, reading the course material, or just watch Messer/dion videos? There doesn't seem to be a decent guide to follow on WGU. No experience in IT, but I've knocked out 3 classes within a month; however, I'm stumped on where to start for this one.
